What to do when your card is lost or stolen.
To report lost, missing, or stolen card :
- Please call us immediately at 888-297-3416.
- Turn your Debit Card off in Card Management on your FNBOnline App
If your FNB Mastercard Debit Card is lost or stolen, it is very important that you report it to us as soon as possible.
If it has been stolen, we strongly recommend you also file a police report.
If you do not report your lost or stolen card within a reasonable time, you could be liable for fraudulent charges.
We will automatically issue you a card with a new number after your case is processed by our Operations department. There is a $5.00 fee for replacement cards.
Your replacement card may take 7-14 days to arrive.
