What to do when your card is lost or stolen.

Debit Card:

• Please call us immediately at 888-297-3416.
  
• Turn your Debit Card off in Card Management on your FNBOnline App
  
• If your FNB Mastercard Debit Card  is lost or stolen, it is very important that you report it to us as soon as possible.
  
• If it has been stolen, we strongly recommend you also file a police report. If you do not report your lost or stolen card within a reasonable time, you could be liable for fraudulent charges.
  
• We will automatically issue you  a card with a new number after your case is processed by our Operations department. There is a $5.00 fee for replacement cards.
