When your card is used in a new or unfamiliar location, it may be flagged as unusual activity. This is part of our fraud protection process.
Submitting a travel notice helps ensure your transactions go through smoothly while you’re away.
Ways to Submit a Travel Notice
FNBOnline Banking
- From the home dashboard (the page with HI at the top),
- Swipe or scroll up until you see Card Management,
- Select the airplane on the right side of that card,
- Select +add travel notice and follow the options.
By Phone or In Person
- Call the number on the back of your card
- Or visit your local branch
- Provide your travel dates and destination
