Why Submit a Travel Notice?

When your card is used in a new or unfamiliar location, it may be flagged as unusual activity. This is part of our fraud protection process.
Submitting a travel notice helps ensure your transactions go through smoothly while you’re away.

Ways to Submit a Travel Notice
FNBOnline Banking
  • From the home dashboard (the page with HI at the top),
  • Swipe or scroll up until you see Card Management,
  • Select the airplane on the right side of that card,
  • Select +add travel notice and follow the options.
 
By Phone or In Person
  • Call the number on the back of your card
  • Or visit your local branch
  • Provide your travel dates and destination
