Mobile Banking & Text Instructions

Initial Setup for Mobile Banking

You may access your online accounts by downloading our mobile app or through FNBOnline on your PC. If you sign up through our app, all of your accounts from FNBOnline will be accessible. If you sign up through FNBOnline on your PC, you can select specific accounts to see on your app.


FNBOnline on your PC
  • Go to Options
  • Go to Web Mobile Settings
  • Check Enable web access for mobile device
  • Received Text Alerts (These are confirmations texts only for transfers, bill pays, etc.)
  • Enter your mobile phone number
  • Select your carrier. If you are not sure which carrier to choose from the list then use the following steps. Send a text message from your mobile device to your email address. Access your email and look at the sender address from the message you just sent to yourself from your mobile device. The sender address will show your phone number and what carrier you use (i.e. @txt.att.net , @mms.att.net )
  • Check the accounts you want to access through Mobile
  • Click on Submit
  • Accept Terms and Conditions
  • Confirm

AndroidGoogle Play Store

  • The Android app is published in the Google Play Store.
  • To download go to Google Play Store and search for FNBOnline Mobile Banking or click here
  • After you have downloaded our app you can login with your FNBOnline login ID and Password. Security questions may be asked the first few times logging in with your mobile device.


iPhoneApple App Store

  • The iPhone app is published in the Apple App Store.
  • To download go to the App Store and search for FNBOnline Mobile Banking or click here .
  • After you have downloaded our app you can login with your FNBOnline login ID and Password. Security questions may be asked the first few times logging in with your mobile device.

iPadApple App Store
  • The iPad app is published in the Apple App Store.

Initial Setup Steps for Text Banking

Logon to your FNBOnline account on the computer:

  • Go to Options
  • Go to Mobile Settings
  • Click on Text Mobile Settings
  • Check Enable text access for mobile device * Message and data rates may apply
  • Check Accept Terms and Conditions
  • Enter your mobile phone number
  • Select your carrier. If you are not sure which carrier to choose from the list then use the following steps. Send a text message from your mobile device to your email address. Access your email and look at the sender address from the message you just sent to yourself from your mobile device. The sender address will show your phone number and what carrier you use (i.e. @txt.att.net , @mms.att.net )
  • Check the accounts you want to access by Text
  • Fill in a Short Name to identify each account. (We suggest a 2 or 3 character name)
  • Click on Submit
  • In order to complete enrollment, you must reply "Yes" to the text message sent to your mobile device

To use Text Banking:
  • Send a text to 89549
  • Text BAL for balance inquiries or HIST to see the last 4 transactions in your history
  • To get info on one particular account, Text BAL or HIST followed by the short name you created
