THE SAFETY AND HEALTH OF OUR EMPLOYEES AND CUSTOMERS ARE TOP OF MIND!

First National Bank strongly encourages you to use our digital banking services whenever possible.

Things you need to know when visiting a First National Bank lobby:

  • IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING COVID-19 SYMPTOMS, or if you believe you have been exposed to the COVID-19 virus, utilize our phone banking or internet banking services or arrange for someone that has not been exposed to the Covid 19 virus to make your banking transactions.
  • Please comply with the social distancing requirements established by the CDC by maintaining a six-foot social distance from others.
  • Please comply with the Indiana Governor’s Executive Order by wearing a mask (or face covering) over the mouth and nose.
  • We may ask you to very briefly and temporarily remove your mask (or other face covering) for security and identification purposes.
  • We have hand sanitizer for customer use at each desk and in the lobbies.
  • If a pen is needed, our employees will direct you to keep the pen.
  • Please do not shake hands (THIS IS HARD FOR US!) or engage in any other physical contact.
  • Every Wednesday from 9AM to 10AM is strictly for our vulnerable customers including the elderly and those with underlying health concerns.

FNB Employees

  • Each FNB employee completes a health screening self-assessment each morning before reporting to their work area.
  • If they fail any part of the screening, or if they experience any COVID-19 symptoms after they get to the bank, they are to leave the bank and contact our Human Resources Officer immediately.
  • We are providing regular communications to our employees to keep them informed and ensure they have the resources they need to remain healthy while also serving the needs of our customers.
  • In compliance with the Indiana Governor’s Executive Order our employees are wearing masks (or other face coverings) over their mouth and nose and other customers are required to wear them as well.
  • Each employee has hand sanitizer available at their workstation and they have been asked to use it in between each customer. Please do not shake hands (THIS IS HARD FOR US!) or engage in any other physical contact.

Bank Procedures

  • We are continuously receiving and reviewing updates on COVID-19 from the Indiana State Department of Health, Centers for Disease Control (CDC), State Executive Orders, and local public health orders.
  • We have removed most of the lobby seating and spread out what is still in the lobby to limit the high touch areas.
  • At the Governor’s request, we are limiting the number of customers in our lobbies at any given time to no more than 50% of occupational capacity.
  • Germ shields have been installed at all of our teller stations.
  • FNB has increased the cleaning and sanitation services, and have instructed the employees to disinfect high touch areas throughout each day. We will close our restrooms to the public.
  • Every Wednesday from 9AM to 10AM is strictly for our vulnerable customers including the elderly and those with underlying health concerns.
Thank you for your understanding during these unprecedented times.

Please contact your local bank with further questions.
