INITIAL SETUP FOR MOBILE BANKING

Remember to review our FNBOnline Mobile Security Handout for tips on securing your mobile device!
You may access by an APP after downloading or thru FNBOnline on your PC. If you sign up thru an app, all of your accounts from FNBOnline will be accessible on FNBOnline Mobile. If you sign up thru FNBOnline on the pc, you can select particular accounts to see on FNBOnline Mobile.

FNBOnline on your PC

arrowGo to Options
arrowGo to Web Mobile Settings
arrowCheck Enable web access for mobile device
arrowReceived Text Alerts (These are confirmations texts only for transfers, bill pays, etc.)
* Message and data rates may apply.
arrowEnter your mobile #
arrowSelect your carrier (if you have AT&T, select AT&T att txt.net)
arrowCheck the accounts you want to access thru Mobile
arrowClick on Submit
arrowAccept Terms and Conditions
arrowConfirm

Android

The Android app is published in the GOOGLE PLAY store. To download it, either go to Google Play and search APPS for FNBOnline Mobile; or go to the following link. Our app has our green FNB logo.

iPhone

The iPhone app is published in iTunes. To download it, on your phone, go to the App Store and search for ‘fnbonline mobile'; or go to the following link. Our app has our green FNB logo.

After you have downloaded our app, you can login with your FNBOnline login ID and PIN! Security questions may be asked the first few times logging in with your mobile device.

INITIAL SETUP STEPS FOR TEXT BANKING

arrowLogon to your FNBOnline account on the computer:
arrowGo to Options
arrowGo to Mobile Settings
arrowClick on Text Mobile Settings
arrowCheck Enable text access for mobile device * Message and data rates may apply.
arrowCheck Accept Terms and Conditions
arrowEnter your mobile #
arrowSelect your carrier
arrowCheck the accounts you want to access by Text
arrowFill in a Short Name to identify each account. (We suggest a 2 or 3 character name)
arrowClick on Submit
arrowIn order to complete enrollment, you must reply "Yes" to the text message sent to your mobile device
arrowTo use Text Banking, send a text to 89549. Text BAL for balance inquiries or HIST to see the last 4 transactions in your history. To get info on one particular account, Text BAL or HIST followed by the short name you created.
