After business hours:

Please call MasterCard Lost / Stolen Card Division at 800-528-2273 and follow the instructions. MasterCard will flag your card as lost or stolen. They will send a report to First National Bank with this information for our records.

Critical Information

If your MasterCard Debit Card or your Jeanie ATM card is lost or stolen, it is very important that you report it to us as soon as possible. If it has been stolen, we strongly recommend you also file a police report. If you do not report your lost or stolen card within a reasonable time, you could be liable for fraudulent charges. A new card is not automatically issued to you. You must either visit your local branch and complete a card application or contact them by phone and request one. There is a $3.00 fee for replacement cards.
