If you are interested in signing up for FNBOnline, please visit any of our locations or fill out
and print a copy of the online Enrollment Form. You can drop off the completed form at any
of our eight First National Bank locations, or you can mail it to the following address:

An authorized signature is needed for processing to continue, so please DO NOT E-Mail a copy of the form (it will not be processed).

For security purposes, we will verify account authorization and signature and then start the enrollment process. Within two weeks, you should receive one mailing with your FNBOnline Login and a second mailing with your PIN a few days later.
